Audience Outreach Coordinator

We are looking for an Audience Outreach Coordinator to support the Head of Audience Outreach to coordinate and deliver all aspects of company marketing campaigns, being involved in steering projects from the planning stage to the reporting of success, working with colleagues across the businesses.

About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of compliant, high-quality activity deliverables that make a difference to patients by educating healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will co-ordinate with Sales, Account Management, Design, Medical and Editorial Teams to ensure marketing campaigns are accurate, compliant and engaging.
You will be organised and methodical and have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams to co-ordinate and administer campaign deliverables. You will be flexible and willing to get involved in multiple activities as required by the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and co-ordinate all projects, ensuring the relevant colleagues are engaged at the right times to ensure timely, accurate and compliant delivery
  • Work closely with the Medical and Editorial team to ensure activities are delivered on time and budget
  • Develop a knowledge of Touch product suite and processes
  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to ensure medical societies and partners are fully supported
  • Manage the bi-monthly e-newsletter process
  • Manage all email marketing outputs
  • Manage internal communications outputs
  • Work with the Head of Audience Outreach to implement nurture and drip-feed campaigns

Experience and Skills:

  • Ability to coordinate marketing campaigns across the project management and wider teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Strong analytical, inquisitive, insightful and strategic thinking abilities
  • A flexible, thoughtful approach to getting the best from both clients and team members
  • Work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience with analytics software
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • Working knowledge of Project Management software
