On Sunday 8 March, the world celebrated IWD2020 – which this year aims to highlight the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. It also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.<\/p>\n
The workplace can sometimes be one of the areas which demonstrates a glass ceiling – limiting women in their careers.<\/p>\n
